You know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nUndergraduate degree in engineering or related field, or 5 years of quality related experience will be considered in lieu of degree\nBasic understanding of ISO9001 quality program requirements, along with auditing knowledge and participation. \nProven ability to identify business process improvement opportunities and deploying digital or automated solutions.\nExperience developing and delivering training for newly implemented processes, systems, or tools.\nBasic knowledge of FCV Oracle global design\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nKnowledge of other business unit processes, systems, standards and practices relevant to the requirements of the Quality Management System.\nFundamental knowledge of PowerBI and Power Automate and a desire to keep up with the latest trends in automation.\nExperience with Oracle item definition, part serialization, receiving, inspection and nonconforming material processes.\nFundamental supplier qualification process knowledge.\nExperience with other applicable codes and standards such as: PED, NQA-1, RCC-M, ISO19443\nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
