The HR Analyst will be responsible for the HR Analytics and improving the efficiency of the local programs and initiatives, as well as for supporting the Talent Acquisition process, Talent Development and general HR Operational processes.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nTo manage requisitions, hiring workflows, and Oracle HCM processes while acting as a subject matter expert for assigned HR modules.\nTo support compliance activities, including mandatory training tracking, leadership programs, ethics, and performance management processes.\nTo manage the job descriptions database, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance, and updating organization charts regularly.\nTo maintain employee data accuracy through regular audits and updates in Oracle HCM/personnel files.\nTo own HR reporting and analytics, including headcount, turnover, recruitment, organizational charts, training, and workforce metrics, while providing ad hoc analysis and presentations.\nTo identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced governance controls.\nTo ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee and organizational data.\nTo provide operational HR support, including employee meetings, awards programs, student internships, and employee inquiries.\nTo support employee experience initiatives through new hire engagement, exit interviews, HR projects, and cross-functional collaboration with HR teams and business leaders.\nWho You Are:\nYou are a dynamic professional who thrives in collaborative environments and focuses on customer satisfaction. You excel at balancing the needs of various stakeholders, ensuring their interests are integrated within the company’s goals.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nUniversity degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a multinational environment, ideally HR Administration within a matrix organization.\nExperience with HR systems / HRIS, preferably Oracle HCM.\nStrong understanding of core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, organizational changes, training administration).\nStrong Excel skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nExperience working with HR data, reporting, and maintaining data accuracy.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to handle confidential employee information with discretion.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nComfortable working with multiple systems and technologies.\nPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:\nExperience creating and maintaining HR dashboards and reports.\nExperience with Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools.\nKnowledge of Oracle HCM modules and workflow administration.\nExperience supporting HR compliance activities, mandatory training tracking, and performance management processes.\nExperience identifying and implementing process improvements or automation opportunities.\nParticipation in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.\nPassion for continuous improvement and HR process optimization.\nExperience supporting employee engagement activities, HR events, onboarding, or exit interview processes.\nKnowledge of HR analytics, workforce planning, headcount reporting, turnover analysis, and organizational reporting.\nOur Culture & Commitment to You\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
