This position requires an action-oriented professional with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\n Regulatory Compliance:Monitor and enforce compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications, and other import requirements.\nMaintain accurate import documentation and ensure timely filing of customs entries.\n\nOperational Execution:Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve import issues quickly and effectively.\nTrack shipments and proactively address delays or compliance risks.\n\nRisk Management:Identify potential compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.\nConduct audits of import transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.\n\nProcess Improvement:Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce compliance risks.\nStay current on regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations.
