If you enjoy analyzing processes, solving complex problems, and making a measurable impact, Emerson offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nDevelop, evaluate, and continuously improve manufacturing methods to reduce cost and strengthen competitive advantage.\nResearch new manufacturing technologies and recommend capital improvement projects.\nAnalyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and equipment layout to maximize efficiency and safety.\nParticipate in design reviews with product development and design teams to ensure efficient, capable, and scalable production methods.\nCollaborate with vendors to define product specifications, source equipment, materials, and components, and evaluate them against quality and performance standards.\nEstimate production times, staffing needs, and related costs to support management decision-making.\nPartner with management, design engineering, and cross-functional teams on manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and process improvements.\nImplement engineering changes and new process introductions into the manufacturing system in a timely and effective manner.\nUse CAD/CAM and CNC machining programs to help optimize manufacturing processes.\nApply statistical methods to assess and improve manufacturing process capability.\nDevelop clear work instructions and tooling documentation to support production teams.\nSupport production departments by troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.\nWho You Are:\nYou prioritize safety and act with care for yourself and others.
