In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead assigned industrial engineering processes from definition and stakeholder alignment through implementation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain process scope, standards, roles, responsibilities, decision frameworks, inputs, outputs, and key performance indicators.
- Conduct complex capacity planning, productivity analysis, labor optimization, and manufacturing process improvement initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.
- Develop and maintain analytical models, reporting structures, and performance management routines that support informed business decisions.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to solve complex business challenges and drive Lean improvements.
- Evaluate the impact of manufacturing changes, business growth, and strategic initiatives on resources, processes, standards, and operational performance.
- Establish sustainable methodologies and governance practices that improve consistency, scalability, and long-term effectiveness.
- Document processes, decisions, and best practices while sharing knowledge and supporting the development of team members.
- Identify opportunities to enhance manufacturing performance through innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven analysis.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Demonstrated experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing improvement, process optimization, or a related operational excellence environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles, capacity planning, productivity analysis, workflow improvement, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience using data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making and performance management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive projects from concept through implementation.
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a complex manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with Power BI, advanced Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, MES platforms, or similar business intelligence and manufacturing systems.
- Experience developing advanced analytical models, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Certification or practical experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
- Experience establishing governance structures, operating standards, and scalable process-management systems.
- Demonstrated success leading strategic improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
