You provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making. You communicate effectively in English and Korean and support operational goals through collaborative problem-solving.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.\n\nHands-on expertise in accounting, Korea GAAP and US GAAP compliance, tax, planning and compliance, and internal and external audit coordination.\n\nProficiency in ERP systems.\n\nHigh competence in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and reporting.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.\n\nDeep understanding of Korean tax regulations, international trade compliance, and statutory financial reporting requirements in Korea.\n\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nHands-on experience with Oracle and HFM.\n\nOur Culture and Commitment To You:\nAt Emerson, we value every employee’s contribution and foster a workplace built on respect, collaboration, and continuous growth.
