This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nCreate and maintain PCB component libraries, including schematic symbols, PCB footprints, and related design attributes in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.\n\nExtract mechanical, electrical, thermal, and assembly-related information from component datasheets to develop accurate library parts and design constraints.\n\nValidate component footprints and land patterns against manufacturer recommendations and applicable IPC standards.\n\nDesign and develop high-density multilayer PCB layouts (6-22 layers) for analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics designs.\n\nDefine PCB stack-ups, component placement, routing strategies, and design constraints.\n\nApply EMI/EMC design practices to ensure robust product performance and regulatory compliance.\n\nImplement clearance, creepage, and safety requirements to support UL and related certifications.\n\nGenerate manufacturing-ready PCB documentation and release packages.\n\nCollaborate with hardware, mechanical, manufacturing, and sourcing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.\n\nEnsure designs meet DFM, DFA, and DFT requirements for efficient assembly, testability, and production.\n\nSupport prototype builds, design reviews, and resolution of fabrication and assembly issues.\n\nPeriodically review, update and develop Check lists, Process documents, PCB specs, Knowledge base and Quality documents in line with latest technology trends.\n\nWho You Are:\nDetail-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality PCB designs.\n\nA strong strong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\n\n8-12 years of hands-on PCB layout experience.\n\nProven experience designing high-density multilayer PCBs (6-22 layers).\n\nStrong knowledge of EMI/EMC design principles and PCB design best practices.\n\nGood understanding of clearance, creepage, insulation coordination, and safety requirements for UL-certified products.\n\nExperience with PCB fabrication, assembly processes, and DFM/DFA/DFT requirements.\n\nProficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer and Mentor Graphics Expedition/Xpedition.\n\nAbility to work from schematics and collaborate closely with hardware design engineers.\n\nStrong ability to interpret component datasheets and extract package, electrical, assembly, and design-rule information required for PCB implementation.\n\nHands-on experience in creating and maintaining schematic symbols, PCB footprints, and component libraries.\n\nGood understanding of IPC footprint standards and component package technologies including QFN, BGA, LGA, fine-pitch SMT, and through-hole components.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nExperience in industrial automation, instrumentation, embedded systems, or power electronics products.\n\nKnowledge of high-speed PCB design considerations, signal integrity, and power integrity concepts.\n\nFamiliarity with IPC standards and regulatory compliance
