In this role, you will lead and coordinate engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams, engage directly with customers, and drive successful project outcomes while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nDevelop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, resource allocation, cost estimates, and risk plans.\nLead project kickoff meetings and ensure alignment with all stakeholders. \nMonitor project progress using Emerson project management frameworks and tools.\n\nEnsure adherence to Emerson’s project execution processes and quality standards.\n\nServe as the single point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nManage communication with internal teams like Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Service.\n\nConduct regular project reviews, status updates, and customer presentations.\n\nManage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting.\n\nCoordinate with procurement for vendor and subcontractor management.\n\nIdentify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.\n\nLead root-cause analysis for issues and drive corrective actions.\n\nMaintain risk registers and ensure escalation as required.\n\nCross-functional coordination across engineering, quality, procurement, & production\n\nMentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.\n\nDrive a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.\n\nWho You Are\nYou effectively balance multiple priorities while maintaining focus on project objectives. You are self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, global environment.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n\nRelevant project management experience for 6-8 Years minimum within industrial automation, manufacturing, engineering services, or comparable industries.\n\nExperience managing projects from initiation through implementation.\n\nKnowledge of New Product Development (NPD) stage-gate processes.\n\nStrong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management capabilities.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nPMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.\n\nExperience with project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.\n\nPrior experience in a global engineering environment.\n\nStrong problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to influence and align stakeholders across multiple functions.\n\nOur Culture and Commitment To You:\nAt Emerson, your work has a meaningful impact.
