Will drive the improvement in productivity and implement options for reducing test coverage without compromising on quality.\n\nWork in small, self-motivated teams collaborating with Product Owner to derive requirements for validation and verification plan. Break down problems and estimate time for test development tasks, story points etc.\n\nBe involved in all phases of system test development from product definition to production release. Develop Test Strategy and derive Test Requirements from Product & System specifications.\n\nDesign optimal Test Systems and Automated Test Fixtures for ensuring adequate Test coverage.\n\nUse your strong knowledge in PLC programming languages - Ladder, FBD, SFC and scripting. Ethernet based Industrial protocols - MODBUS TCP, PROFINET IO, EtherCAT, IEC61850, DNP3, IEC104 etc., Automation scripts in developing system level tests.\n\nMake technical presentations to peers and managers on the details of architecture, design, technical risks etc.\n\nKnowledge of product development lifecycle and its various stages. Exposure of working in waterfall & agile projects.\n\nUse excellent communication skills to interface with technical architects on complex technical issues.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou can take Quick and decisive actions in fast-changing, unpredictable situations. You like to encourage the expression of diverse ideas and opinions.\n\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.\n\nMinimum of 5-8 years of experience with domain knowledge in Industrial automation and related products like Programmable controllers - PLCs, DCS, I/O modules.\n\nIndustrial Communication protocols like MODBUS TCP, PROFINET, ETHERCAT, IEC61850 Client and Server, IEC104 Client/Server, DNP3 Master/Slave, HMI/SCADA etc.\n\nProgramming skills using scripting languages like Python.
