You will support export and import operations by preparing shipment documentation collaborating with internal teams and logistics partners and ensuring compliance with applicable trade regulations and customer requirements.InThisRoleYourResponsibilitiesWillBe:Coordinate outbound shipments and support logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery.\nPrepare and process shipping documentation for export and domestic shipments.\nCollaborate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers to coordinate collections and deliveries.\nReview customer orders and shipping requirements to ensure accurate shipment execution.\nWork closely with internal stakeholders to obtain complete and accurate shipping instructions.\nGenerate shipping documentation through internal systems and maintain accurate shipment records.\nPrepare customs documentation and support clearance processes in compliance with applicable regulations.\nPartner with Warehouse Quality and Logistics teams to ensure on-time shipment readiness and dispatch.\nMonitor shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders and customers.\nEnsure adherence to company policies export control regulations and international trade requirements.\nProcess freight invoices and assist in resolving discrepancies with suppliers.\nSupport investigation and resolution of shipment-related issues and delivery exceptions.\nMaintain logistics data and documentation within company systems.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement to enhance logistics efficiency and customer service.\nAdhere to Health Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.\nWhoYouAre:\nYou build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
