He / She also must master all processes related to international trade regulations Incoterms 2020 and related country specific certificates needed for customs clearance at destination. He / She shall be responsible for their own safety and must respect EHS regulations. He / She must respect all Emerson trade compliance rules and ensure adherence.\nIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nQuality\nApplies procedures which are described in QA Manual.\nEnsure final product is fully in line with write up prior to completion.\nShipping\nPrepares JAFZA Custom documents for a shipment and arranges collections with freight forwarders\nIdentifies the shipping needs of an order as specified in the Systems\nCoordinates with the Order Administrator & LBP/Sales for complete shipping instructions\nGather details of pending orders to pack/Ship from Oracle\nCo-ordinate with Packing team\nRecord packing completion in Oracle\nGenerates the Shipping Document Pack through the systems\nCoordinates with the Warehouse & Freight Forwarders for shipment pickup\nProvide packing instructions to packers based on order requirements\nMaintain Instruction Manuals for the Flow Control Products\nEnsure to add relevant certificates and instruction manuals to the consignments & maintain photographs of those consignments per OpEx requirements.\nSupport orders for Jubail plant and ISV BU(if required) other than Dubai plant.\nMaintain BOE & other relevant shipping records\nBackup Trade Compliance Gatekeeper\nEnsure adherence to local & international Emerson Trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices\nWho You Are\nStrategic Attitude You formulate a clear strategy and map aggressive steps that will accelerate the organization toward its goals.\nDrives Results You consistently achieve results even under tough circumstances\nFor This Role You Will Need:\nAny bachelors degree\n2-4 Years experience in Logistics / Freight forwarder Industry\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nBachelors degree in Logistics Management\nKnowledge of Jebel Ali Customs rules & International trade regulations\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office - Word & Excel\nKnowledge of Oracle & TRAX is Advantageous\nOur Culture & Commitment to You!\nAt Emerson we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued respected and empowered to grow.
