You will contribute to data-driven decision-making that enhances operational performance, supports continuous improvement, and delivers value across Emerson’s global supply chain network.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nCreate, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad hoc reports using Microsoft Excel and analytics platforms.\nAnalyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.\nGenerate and standardize reports aligned with logistics performance metrics and business objectives.\nMonitor and report on carrier performance metrics and transportation KPIs.\nSupport transportation rate requests and coordinate with logistics teams, service providers, support teams, manufacturing sites, and sales offices.\nConduct cost analyses and rate comparisons to support sourcing decisions and transportation strategies.\nGather, maintain, and distribute logistics-related data, including market trends and fuel surcharge information.\nProvide analytical and operational support for transportation-related inquiries across multiple transportation modes.\nMaintain and update team collaboration and information-sharing platforms.\nConsolidate and analyze data from various systems and sources to support business decisions.\nTrack and report on key logistics performance indicators, including on-time delivery, cost savings, and sourcing efficiency.\nSupport data collection and reporting from transportation management systems and carrier platforms.\nDevelop comparative studies and analytical insights to support transportation mode selection and optimization initiatives.\nAssist logistics team members with data preparation and pricing analyses for sourcing and procurement activities.\nWho You Are:\nYou communicate information clearly and effectively, adjusting your approach to meet the needs of different audiences and fostering productive relationships across teams.
