# Machine Operator

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Operate Manual machining equipment including Lathes and Vertical Boring Machines (VBR). Operate CNC Turning and Milling machines. Program and edit CNC programs using relevant programming systems. Select appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and work-holding equipment. Use precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet specification. Complete machining activities safely, accurately, and efficiently. Maintain accurate records and production documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and safety. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production and customer requirements. Follow Emerson's quality, safety, and operational standards at all times. For This Role, You Will Need: Qualified Manual or CNC machinist. Ability to use precision measuring equipment and interpret machining requirements. Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and work-holding systems. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and proactive approach to work.
