You carefully consider all relevant factors and use appropriate decision-making criteria and principles. You anticipate and adjust effective contingency plans. You align employee career development goals with organizational objectives.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor Degree or equivalent experience. \nBilingual 80%\n5 years of related experience (machining process management, CNC programming, 3D drawings using Gibbscam software) with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. \nExperience in personnel supervision and machining usage (labor hours) (machine-hours). \nExperience in fine machining of various metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel aluminum, bronze, brass, nickel alloys, etc. \nExperience in developing resource management systems such as personnel, effective use of machines, maintaining raw material inventory, and tooling, at a break-even point. \nExperience in welding carbon steel and stainless steel metal parts with MIG (metal inert gas) and TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding machines. \nAvailability and documentation to travel to USA \nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nEffective communication at all levels.\nLeadership, communication and collaboration skills.\nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
