Based in our Chanhassen location, you will work on 2nd Shift (M-TH 3:00PM to 1:30AM) and have an opportunity to apply your troubleshooting skills to perform maintenance and repair of sophisticated production machinery and mechanical equipment.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nEnsuring compliance with safety standards and procedures \nPerforming routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems \nResponding to equipment breakdowns by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with the goal of minimizing downtime\nDocumenting work orders and maintaining accurate maintenance records utilizing a CMMS \nInstalling, modifying, and upgrading equipment as needed \nWorking cross-functionally with production teams\nMaintaining tools, parts inventory, and maintenance supplies \nSupporting continuous improvement initiatives\nWho You Are:\nYou are self-driven and eager to learn new things.
