In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Evaluates and coordinates the safety, quality and productivity of all people under his responsibility.
- Comply with all safety policies, to immediately report any situation of risk and to actively participate in actions to improve safety in his area.
- Continuously monitor his/her staff and the process to ensure a work meeting the quality requirements, based also on critical processes audits results as well as the identification, analysis.
- Calculate and implement the KPIs of the area through standard time.
- Knowing how to calculate and monitor productivity and efficiency, as part of the main key performance indicator in the production area.
- Have knowledge of basic production controls such as the control plan, PFMEA & flow diagram
- Have basic knowledge of line balancing and ergonomics focused on production
- Understand what scrap is and how it relates to key indicators in production.
- Have basic knowledge of problem-solving and its methodologies.
- Application of world class manufacturing techniques, to the product manufacturing to improve productivity, 5s’, inventory reduction, waste reduction, etc.
- Getting people under his/her responsibility become multifunctional.
- Develop the production staff in meeting the training programs and certification processes, through the plans Individual and group plans to keep flexibility within the operation.
- Personnel development to improve results in absenteeism, turnover, quality and productivity of manufacturing area through a leadership based on proper communication.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or preferred field.
- English: Fluid English, B2.
- 5 Years of experience
- Ability to travel including internationally (USA - VISA).
