In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process development, tooling selection, manufacturing readiness assessments, and pilot production runs.
Coordinate manufacturing process and production line transfers from planning through implementation and stabilization.
Develop and maintain plant layouts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
Provide technical support for machining operations, tooling, fixtures, and process troubleshooting.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
Execute and support Capital Investment (Capex) projects to enhance manufacturing capabilities and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, OEA, and C-TPAT requirements.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to achieve business objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Five or more years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Operations, Quality, or Maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to communicate effectively in English in both technical and business environments.
Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with CNC machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and technical documentation
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle or SAP.
Project management and structured problem-solving experience.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Lean Manufacturing certification such as Green Belt.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.
Experience leading manufacturing transfer projects.
Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Power BI.
Experience managing Capex projects in a manufacturing environment
