In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Materials Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse Operations, to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. If yes, we welcome your application for this role.\nIn this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nExecute production orders for regulators and pressure valves, while considering operators’ qualifications, customer-requested delivery dates, committed delivery schedules, and customer-specific requirements. Ensure the fulfillment of production orders considering operator qualifications, required delivery dates, and customer requirements; personally assemble and test regulators when necessary.\nSupervise the daily activities of assembly and testing operators assigned to all product lines within the Pressure Management (PRM) division at the Cluj manufacturing facilities. \nPlan, monitor, and adjust production line capacity in collaboration with Planning and Materials teams to meet business and customer demands. \nProvide accurate updates on production schedules and delivery commitments in line with customer requirements. \nParticipate in the introduction, implementation, and launch of new products, ensuring successful integration into manufacturing operations. \nSupport inventory management activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory control systems and processes.\nWork closely with Planners and Buyers to address any issues or challenges related to material and component supply.\nAllocate resources for all released customer orders together with a Planner, identify potential risks that could lead to delivery delays, and take actions to eliminate or minimize their impact.\nParticipate in audits conducted by customers, as well as internal and external auditors.\nAct in accordance with the system procedure governing internal audits and provide all requested data and documentation.\nInitiate and/or participate in process reviews aimed at continuous improvement and actively support their implementation.\nParticipate in or lead initiatives focused on improving manufacturing systems, equipment performance, productivity, and process efficiency, providing technical and operational feasibility recommendations. \nServe as the primary point of contact for the implementation, installation, and start-up of new equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processes within the production area. \nCoordinate the procurement of machine tools, manufacturing equipment, and process-related assets required to support production operations.\nActively participates in the hiring and selection process to fill open positions. Initiates interviews and selects the best fit candidate.\nPlan and oversee periodic training programs for operators.\nIn collaboration with Process Engineers, initiate, implement, and periodically review procedures, work instructions, technical specifications, and related documentation.\nCommunicate production requirements, process updates, and technical information to assembly operators, providing all necessary documentation and ensuring full understanding and proper application during the assembly and testing processes.\nEvaluate employee performance and communicate performance results.\nCoordinate training activities for all operators within the team.\nActively participate in operational meetings and contribute improvement suggestions to help achieve company objectives.\nBe accountable for achieving the objectives assigned by the direct manager.\nWho You Are:\nYou are passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity.
