Marketing Campaign Coordination & Communications\nCoordinate the implementation of marketing initiatives and campaigns under the direction of the Marketing Manager.\n\nMaintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules and activity trackers to ensure projects are delivered on time.\n\nCoordinate internal stakeholders to support marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.\n\nMaintain marketing databases and customer contact lists to support marketing activities.\n\nAssist with the preparation and distribution of customer email communications, newsletters and promotional announcements.\n\nSupport lead management processes, including tracking enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up by the sales team.\n\nMonitor campaign activity milestones and provide regular status updates to the Marketing Manager and relevant stakeholders.\n\nAssist with the collection and collation of marketing results and campaign performance data for reporting purposes.\n\nEnsure marketing materials, product information and campaign assets are accurate and current.\n2. Trade Events, Sales Support & Distributor Engagement\n\nCoordinate trade events, roadshows, distributor events and industry association activities in partnership with Regional Sales Managers.\n\nManage event logistics including registrations, displays, product samples, promotional materials and merchandise.\n\nMaintain the annual trade event calendar.\n\nCollect and report event outcomes including attendance, leads and customer feedback.\n\nSupport distributor marketing requests and coordinate delivery of approved marketing content and promotional materials.\n\nDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with sales leaders and distributor stakeholders.\n3. Marketing Communications & Product Support\n\nAssist with the development and maintenance of marketing collateral including brochures, product flyers, presentations, catalogues and promotional materials.\n\nCoordinate collection and organisation of product information, images, videos and technical content.\n\nSupport new product launches through the preparation and coordination of launch materials and distributor communications.\n\nMaintain marketing asset libraries and ensure information remains current and accessible.\n\nSupport internal communications and sales enablement initiatives.\n4.
