Based in our Round Rock, Texas location, you will be implementing cybersecurity solutions for process control systems at customer’s sites around the world. The process control industries have many critical applications and require a high degree of safety and availability. You will be part of a team that delivers global services to protect such systems and support Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) architecture against cyber-attacks.\nIN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL:\nImplement security tools and solutions in process control systems, ensuring systems are properly configured, optimized, and tested.\nReview customer’s security procedures and concepts.\nAnalyze risks and threats to process control systems.\nTrain users on supported security products and procedures.\nCollaborate with senior engineers as well as customers in developing best practices and security standards.\nDraft technical and security-related documents, controls, and packages for customers as well as peer documentation based on your security expertise.\nWork to understand our customers’ security concerns and requirements.\nPerform cybersecurity assessments of control systems and surrounding IT infrastructure.\nValidate cybersecurity solutions while collaborating with internal test groups to assure the expected functionality is comprehensive and correct.\nGive technical advice, recommendations, and presentations to convince customers to adopt/accept proposed cybersecurity solutions.\nWHO YOU ARE: You are a collaborative cybersecurity professional who effectively partners with cross-functional teams to secure Operational Technology (OT) environments while balancing business objectives and risk management. You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and technical expertise such as knowledge on Cyber Compliance and codes such as IEC62443 & NIST 2 to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement practical security solutions. You take ownership of outcomes, driving initiatives forward with accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement. You are adaptable and customer-focused, able to communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while fostering trust and building strong working relationships across the organization.\nFOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of practical IT/OT work experience\n5+ years of related experience in design/implementation of cybersecurity solutions or cybersecurity standards and initiatives.\nExperience and knowledge of defense-in-depth, trust levels, privileges, and permissions.\nPractical experience with security software such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), antivirus, whitelisting technologies, patch management solutions, firewalls, routing/switching, packet analysis, among others.\nExperience with cybersecurity standards, frameworks and practices adopted by multiple industries (e.g. ISA99/IEC 62443, NERC, NIST, etc.).\nAuthorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the futureIndividuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire. \n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, along with ability to clearly communicate technical information to a range of audiences.\nHighly motivated to work in the security area and interact with customers. \nCISSP / GICSP cybersecurity certifications, or similar accreditation from recognized entities such as SANS, ISACA, (ISC)2.\nExperience in design, implementation, or life cycle support of process automation and control systems.\nExperience with Industrial Control System challenges in multiple industries.\nOur Culture & Commitment to You\nWe recognize that for our organization to support a diverse workforce, we must focus on employee wellbeing.
