You will help ensure payroll is processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with established standards while delivering excellent customer service, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and supporting continuous process improvement.\nIf this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines!\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nAcquire and maintain knowledge of payroll processes, legislative requirements, and payroll-related matters for supported countries across the APAC region.\nProcess payroll interfaces, maintain payroll schedules, and perform payroll interface data reconciliation.\nCollaborate with Digital and cross-functional teams on interface specification enhancements, system changes, and regression testing requirements.\nConduct regression testing to validate payroll system changes and enhancements.\nEnsure payroll-related reports and files are securely transferred to and from payroll providers, banking partners, and business units.\nReview feedback from business units on payroll reports and ensure necessary updates are completed on the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) platforms. \nServe as the primary point of contact for business units and payroll vendors regarding payroll processing, reports, issues, and inquiries.\nDeliver high-quality customer service through timely responses, accurate information, proactive support, and efficient processing of payroll-related requests and transactions.\nWho You Are:\nYou collaborate effectively across teams, adapting your communication style to different audiences and.
