Offices.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nProject Engineer role:\nWith minimal direction can design some non-complex solutions.\nDesigns and implements hardware database, logics, graphics and datalinks.\nWith guidance selects hardware and software for project implementation.\nReview application documentation for quality, accuracy and completeness.\nWork closely with project technical leader/s to verify the project requirements are met accordingly.\nSolve technical problems through the combination of standard procedures, modifications of standard procedures, experience, or methods developed in previous assignments.\nWork closely with partners to meet the project requirements and deadlines.\nConsistently shows ability to accurately communicate with customers.\nConstantly works proactively and independently.\nSuccessful execution of assigned projects/services and ensure high customer satisfaction.\nExecute project tasks/site services according to quality, delivery date and assigned budget.\nLead product enhancement and solution definitions when required by Innovative Projects\nLead activities like factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, commissioning, and startup.\nPerform high expertise activities like loop tuning, turbine startups, advanced controls, prediction solutions and also support implementation of performance solutions.\n Technical Lead role:Lead implementation team that works in different plant processes and applications (O&G, Chemical, Mining Power, etc.) participating in the project phases such as In-house Engineering, FAT and SAT).\n\nSuccessful execution of assigned projects and ensure high customer satisfaction.\nSupervise Subcontractors during Engineering, and Commissioning Phases\nResponsible of Functional Design (Hardware and Software) including reverse Engineering in Retrofit Projects\nDevelop Implementation and Commissioning Plans and align them with Project Requirements\nSupervise Remote Engineering teams (India, Cluj, others) of big projects being able to oversee a groups of 25-30 Engineers\nPromote Adoption of Productivity tools as well as actively seek for alternatives to optimize Engineering hours and establish actions to increase projects profit.\nValidate Execution Strategy, Estimate Engineering Effort and Support Risk assessment for Project Pursuits\nLead High Complexity Commissioning and Plant Startups and being able to act a Site Manager of a team of 10+ Engineers\nSolve technical problems through the combination of standard procedures, modifications of standard procedures, experience, or methods developed in previous assignments.\nTrack project’s progress, budget performance and risk assessment and issue weekly reports.\nConsistently shows ability to accurately communicate with customers.\nConstantly works proactively and independently\nTeam Contribution:\nActively participates SME teams and act as SME Leader in areas of expertise.\nMentor less experienced partners as required.\nContribute to update department’s technical documentation as required.\nParticipate in Continuous Improvement and Innovation activities.\n\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nEngineering degree in related field.\nTravel time up-to 60%.\nIntermediate level of English.\nPortuguese is a plus.\n10+ years of experience in DCS or PLC/SCADA in Industrial Automation.\nAt least 6 Technical Lead roles of medium size projects (over 2000 I/O points)\nGood interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.\nA good business understanding and the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.\n8+ Years of Power Industry experience is required with demonstrated expertise in Gas and Steam Turbine startup, commissioning, and performance
