This role requires a creative thinker with strong data management and analytics skills, project management skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to foster a culture of innovation.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nDevelop comprehensive plantwide project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments, to drive collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.\nEvaluate project feasibility, risks, and potential impact, and make recommendations to senior management for project approval.\nMonitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.\nCommunicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior leadership, on a regular basis.\nCollaborate with internal and external partners, including vendors, consultants, and industry experts, to leverage resources and expertise for project success.\nMeasure and evaluate the effectiveness of innovation projects, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.\nWork together with the Operations team to devise and execute operational strategies, policies, and procedures aimed at enhancing business processes and attaining organizational goals.\nWho You Are:\nYou put safety first and lead by example in creating a culture where employees are empowered to identify and eliminate risk.
