You will collaborate with global stakeholders, influence technical decisions, solve complex customer and operational challenges, and drive innovation that enhances the performance, scalability, and adoption of Emerson's cloud solutions.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nServe as a technical authority for cloud administration, cloud-based SCADA solutions, and associated applications.\nLead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of complex cloud-based customer environments.\nProvide advanced troubleshooting expertise for critical customers, system, and platform issues.\nDevelop and recommend technical strategies, standards, and best practices that improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.\nPartner with engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that support business objectives and customer needs.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service delivery, system performance, automation, and operational excellence.\nAct as a senior escalation point for highly complex technical challenges.\nInfluence product enhancements and technology roadmaps through subject matter expertise and customer insights.\nMentor technical team members and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.\nContribute to the development of technical documentation, implementation standards, and operational processes.\nSupport strategic customer initiatives by providing technical consultation and guidance.\nWho You Are:\nYou gain insight into customer needs. You adjust to fit the audience and the message.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nExperience serving as a technical expert in cloud services, industrial automation, operational technology, SCADA systems, or related environments.\nDemonstrated success delivering and supporting complex technical solutions in customer-facing and operational environments.\nStrong knowledge of cloud platforms, industrial control systems, data acquisition technologies, or enterprise-scale software solutions.\nExpertise in diagnosing and resolving highly complex technical issues across multiple systems and technologies.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to influence technical direction and drive collaboration across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.\nExperience identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational optimization.\nProficiency with Microsoft business applications and digital collaboration tools.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nBS/MS in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or other Engineering and any related field.\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience supporting cloud-based or on-premises SCADA platforms in industrial, energy, utilities, manufacturing, or related environments.\nKnowledge of industrial communications, telemetry systems, flow computers, RTUs, PLCs, and related technologies.\nExperience with cloud architecture, system integration, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.\nFamiliarity with operational technology cybersecurity principles and industry best practices.\nExperience contributing to technology roadmaps, platform standards, or strategic technical initiatives.\nKnowledge of oil and gas production, industrial operations, or similar process-driven industries.\nExperience mentoring technical professionals and fostering technical excellence across teams.\nExposure to scripting, automation, or software development practices that improve operational efficiency.\nOur Culture & Commitment to You\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
