The position offers ownership of high-impact initiatives and a direct role in shaping the growth of the Services business.\nIn this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nLead business transformation projects that improve Services operations, enable scale, and strengthen customer outcomes.Partner with leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable project plans, including scope, priorities, milestones, risks, and success measures.\nManage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams while keeping priorities, dependencies, and next steps aligned.\nBring structure to complex initiatives by clarifying decisions, ownership, timelines, risks, and tradeoffs.\nProvide leadership with clear status updates, actionable recommendations, and early visibility into issues requiring attention.\nPartner with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive process, system, and operating model changes from planning through launch readiness.\nDrive accountability for commitments, decisions, and deliverables across teams without direct reporting authority.\nSupport post-launch adoption to ensure initiatives deliver the expected business value beyond implementation.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou are an experienced project leader with a proven record of delivering results on cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than direct authority. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to work that is not yet fully defined. You communicate with transparency, escalate risks early, and consistently follow through on commitments. You measure success by the business value a project delivers, not only by on-time completion.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs in a global organization.\nDemonstrated experience translating business cases or strategies into project plans with clear milestones and measurable results.\nFacilitation skills to drive conversations that lead to decision-making, process/service design, scope definition, and achieving consensus between different stakeholder groups.\nStrong skills in project planning, risk management, facilitation, and executive communication.\nExperience driving change management and communications for owned initiatives at all stages and with different levels of audiences.\nExperience partnering with IT teams or external vendors on system or process implementations.\nAbility to identify gaps and provide feedback to project team members to achieve quality outputs.\nEnglish language proficiency with effective oral and written communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:\nPMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.Experience with business transformation, commercial systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, or quoting tools), or process change initiatives.\nExperience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.\nExperience leading change management and driving user adoption.\nPreferred - Experience with omnichannel projects (e-commerce, internal and partner-led sales).\n\nOur Culture & Commitment to You\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
