As a Process & Customer Quality Engineer in Lodz, you will play a key role in driving quality performance across manufacturing processes and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to identify improvement opportunities, resolve quality issues, and lead corrective actions. This role combines process quality ownership with customer complaint management, making a direct impact on operational excellence and customer experience.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective and preventive actions to enhance manufacturing quality.
- Manage customer complaints and quality claims, coordinate containment activities, and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Lead problem-solving activities using quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, PDCA, 5Why, and root cause analysis.
- Conduct process and product audits, support new product introductions and production transfers, and ensure compliance with internal and customer quality requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, R&D, Planning, and Logistics to improve processes, reduce quality risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality and/or Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, engineering drawings, and mechanical schematics.
- Practical knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, PDCA, FMEA, 5Why, and Ishikawa.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-tasking environment.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in customer quality management and complaint handling.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and VDA 6.3.
- Experience in conducting process or product audits.
- Experience supporting New Product Development (NPD) and production transfer projects.
- Knowledge of PPAP documentation and manufacturing quality processes.
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to expand professional competencies.
