This role combines process quality ownership with customer complaint management, making a direct impact on operational excellence and customer experience.\nWe look forward to seeing your application!\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nMonitor and analyze quality performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective and preventive actions to enhance manufacturing quality. \nManage customer complaints and quality claims, coordinate containment activities, and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. \nLead problem-solving activities using quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, PDCA, 5Why, and root cause analysis. \nConduct process and product audits, support new product introductions and production transfers, and ensure compliance with internal and customer quality requirements\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, R&D, Planning, and Logistics to improve processes, reduce quality risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives. \nWho You Are:\nYou are a proactive problem solver who uses data and analytical thinking to drive improvements. You continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and deliver sustainable results.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a Quality and/or Engineering role within a manufacturing environment. \nEnglish language proficiency at minimum B2 level. \nAbility to read and interpret technical documentation, engineering drawings, and mechanical schematics.\nPractical knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, PDCA, FMEA, 5Why, and Ishikawa. \nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. \nAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-tasking environment. \nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nExperience in customer quality management and complaint handling. \nKnowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and VDA 6.3. \nExperience in conducting process or product audits. \nExperience supporting New Product Development (NPD) and production transfer projects. \nKnowledge of PPAP documentation and manufacturing quality processes.\nContinuous improvement mindset and willingness to expand professional competencies.\nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
