You will collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and other departments while driving operational excellence and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nOptimize and continuously improve manufacturing processes with a focus on quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and Lean Manufacturing principles.\n\nAnalyze and resolve production issues by implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve process stability and performance.\n\nSupport and develop production employees by promoting process knowledge, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nCoordinate and supervise assigned production areas, ensuring process repeatability, product quality, workplace organization, and resource availability.\n\nLead and support new product introductions and process launches, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery objectives are achieved.\n\nCreate, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, technical drawings, and process standards.\n\nProvide technical and process support to Production, Quality, and other departments across the organization.\n\nCollaborate with the Quality Department to address customer complaints, quality issues, audits, and continuous improvement activities.\n\nMonitor and analyze process performance through KPIs, OEE, and other operational metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.\n\nParticipate in New Product Development (NPD) projects, including process design, process validation, and production readiness activities.\n\nRepresent the Process Engineering function during customer, internal, and certification audits.\n\nSupport the implementation and acceptance of new machinery, equipment, and production technologies while driving operational excellence.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou are a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence. You effectively identify opportunities for optimization and translate data into practical solutions that enhance business performance. You work collaboratively across functions, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and support teams through change and continuous improvement initiatives. With a structured approach and strong problem-solving mindset, you consistently drive measurable results while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field specifically from Lodz University of Technology.\n\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Process Engineer role within an international manufacturing environment.\n\nAbility to read, interpret, and create technical and manufacturing documentation.\n\nPractical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.\n\nCommunicative level of English, including technical English, both written and spoken.\n\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented approach.\n\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n\nPractical project management experience of at least 2 years.\n\nPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:\nExperience in OEE analysis, process performance monitoring, and production efficiency improvement initiatives.\nKnowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and structured problem-solving tools.\nExperience supporting New Product Development (NPD) and manufacturing process implementation projects.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing quality standards, customer audits, and certification audits.\nExperience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, work instructions, and process standards.\nStrong communication and training skills, with the ability to transfer knowledge and support employee development.\nExperience in driving Lean Manufacturing projects and fostering a continuous improvement culture.\nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
