You demonstrate resilience, curiosity, and sound judgment when addressing technical challenges and are motivated to deliver high-quality results that create value for customers and colleagues alike.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\n· Experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin.\n· Strong understanding of Kotlin Coroutines and Android Jetpack Compose.\n· Experience working with Android SDKs and modern Android development frameworks.\n· Knowledge of software architecture principles, including Clean Architecture and modular design.\n· Familiarity with contemporary Android architectural patterns such as MVVM and MVI.\n· Experience implementing dependency injection frameworks, such as Dagger or Hilt.\n· Knowledge of software testing practices and frameworks, like JUnit and MockK.\n· Experience using source control systems such as Git and GitFlow.\n· Understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum.\n· Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and Material Design guidelines.\n· Awareness of mobile application security best practices.\n· Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\n· Professional proficiency in English and Polish to effectively collaborate with global and regional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:\n· Experience contributing to software architecture decisions and technical roadmaps.\n· Experience supporting complex software products deployed in industrial, engineering, or mission-critical environments.\n· Knowledge of performance optimization and application profiling techniques.\n· Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership within project teams.\n· Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.\n· Demonstrated experience working in globally distributed and cross-functional teams.\n· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nOur Culture & Commitment To You\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
