This role reports to the Director of Marketing.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nManage the full product lifecycle across assigned categories, from new product introduction through product line rationalization.\nDevelop and execute strategies for Pipe Tool products, including evaluation of new business opportunities.\nDrive growth of existing product lines through new product development initiatives.\nIdentify adjacent markets and opportunities for product expansion.\nLeverage market research to understand customer needs and inform product development and messaging.\nGuide new product programs from concept through commercialization by collaborating across multiple disciplines.\nAnalyze competitive positioning and clearly articulate product value and differentiation.\nPrepare and present strategic plans and insights to senior leadership.\nLead cross-functional teams to deliver strong operational and business outcomes.\nEngage in core portfolio activities such as customer visits, pricing, forecasting, sales enablement, category management, sourcing, and operational decision-making.\nWho You Are:\nYou build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners.
