You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, develop people, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes while contributing to a culture of innovation, integrity, collaboration, and inclusion.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nLead daily operations across the assigned value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and financial objectives.\nPartner with Operations, Production Control, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to develop and execute production plans that support business goals.\nEnsure efficient utilization of manufacturing resources, equipment, and production tools while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and operational excellence methodologies to eliminate waste, improve flow, and enhance customer value.\nSupport supervisors and team leaders in establishing priorities, coordinating workloads, and maintaining operational performance.\nMonitor production progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery and achievement of revenue targets.\nPromote a strong culture of safety by partnering with Environmental, Health and Safety teams to identify risks, investigate incidents, and implement sustainable improvements.\nDevelop and coach team members through training, mentorship, and performance development initiatives.\nCollaborate with maintenance and production teams to prioritize interventions that maximize equipment reliability and operational effectiveness.\nEvaluate and improve manufacturing methods, process capability, and operational efficiency to enhance quality and productivity.\nOversee external contractors and third-party resources, ensuring compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and site procedures.\nSupport budget management activities and proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.\nEstablish and execute long-term plans that advance operational excellence and strengthen value stream performance.\nWho You Are:\nYou readily take on new challenges and opportunities with a sense of urgency and ownership. The salary range for this role is 50000 & 75000 EUR annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role. The role is suitable for candidates with early career experience as well as professionals looking to further develop their skill in project quality.
