You will play a key role in translating customer demand into executable production plans, partnering across functions to ensure on-time delivery, operational excellence, high standard of quality, and continuous improvement-while supporting Emerson’s commitment to innovation, integrity, collaboration, and inclusion.\nIn this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nDevelop and maintain master production schedules for assigned product families to support customer demand and business objectives.\n\nPrepare and manage Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) inputs, monthly production plans, and weekly production schedules.\n\nMonitor execution of production plans, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.\n\nAnalyze backlog, current demand, and forecasts to effectively prioritize and sequence production activities.\n\nTrack production progress and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.\n\nEvaluate schedule changes, delays, or interruptions and adjust plans to maintain delivery commitments.\n\nPlan and prioritize manufacturing operations to optimize resources, improve efficiency, and reduce lead times.\n\nDetermine manpower, equipment, and material requirements to support production demand.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sourcing, customer care, logistics, and engineering, to drive operational excellence.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, process optimization, and the implementation of best practices.\n\nMaintain accurate planning data and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou focus on priorities and set stretch goals.
