Production Supervisor

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Execute production orders while considering operators' qualifications, customer-requested delivery dates, committed delivery schedules, and customer-specific requirements.

• Supervise the activities of assembly and testing operators and delegate tasks as needed.

• Plan and adjust production line capacity in collaboration with Planners.

• Work closely with Planners and Buyers to address any issues or challenges related to material and component supply.

• Allocate resources for all released customer orders together with a Planner, identify potential risks that could lead to delivery delays, and take actions to eliminate or minimize their impact.

• Participate in audits conducted by customers, as well as internal and external auditors.

• Act in accordance with the system procedure governing internal audits and provide all requested data and documentation.

• Initiate and/or participate in process reviews aimed at continuous improvement and actively support their implementation.

• Actively participates in the hiring and selection process to fill open positions. Initiates interviews and selects the best fit candidate.

• Plan and oversee periodic training programs for operators.

• In collaboration with Process Engineers, initiate, implement, and periodically review procedures, work instructions, technical specifications, and related documentation.

• Inform assembly operators/electricians and provide all necessary documentation related to production processes, ensuring they understand and correctly apply the information during product assembly.

• Evaluate employee performance and communicate performance results.

• Coordinate training activities for all operators within the team.

• Actively participate in operational meetings and contribute improvement suggestions to help achieve company objectives.

• Be accountable for achieving the objectives assigned by the direct manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in (technical degree is an advantage);

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in working experience in a production environment;

• Previous experience in leading a team

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team;

• Strong emphasis on attention to detail, a problem-solving approach, and a willingness to continuously learn;

• Fluent English language skills-spoken and written;

• Excellent decision-making skills, proactive attitude;

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint).

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively;

• Familiarity with ERP systems; Oracle experience is an advantage;

• Understanding of ATEX/IECEx requirements is a plus.
