Based in our Shakopee, MN facility, the Production Supervisor will lead our second-shift Pressure line within North America Distribution (NAD). The team supports the production of pressure measurement products that help customers operate safely and efficiently in critical industrial applications. This role is responsible for leading daily production operations, supporting employee development, and driving safety, quality, and delivery performance.\nThis is a second-shift, four-day workweek position with hours of operation Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. This position is eligible for a $400 monthly second-shift premium in addition to base salary.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nLead daily operations for the assigned production area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives are met.\nPlan and coordinate staffing, work assignments, and production priorities to support business needs.\nBuild and maintain a safe, positive, and productive work environment.\nDrive accountability and engagement through visible leadership, effective communication, and consistent follow-through.\nCoach, develop, and support employees through regular feedback, training, and performance discussions.\nConsistently administer and support company policies, procedures, and work rules while addressing employee issues in a timely manner.\nPartner with Human Resources, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Maintenance, Materials, and other cross-functional teams to address employee and operational issues, improve processes, and support business objectives.\nMonitor production performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational results.\nSupport hiring, onboarding, training, and cross-training efforts to develop a skilled and flexible workforce.\nWho You Are:\nYou establish common objectives and a shared mindset.
