You will join our team in San Francisco, CA, and lead project engineering and commissioning of Distributed Control System projects for the water and wastewater industries.\nYou will be an essential part of the Water Solutions group, driving best-in-class solutions to our customers across North America.\nCome join us!\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nManage the engineering design and commissioning of water and wastewater projects. \nProvide direct engineering advisory assistance to the customer, serving as a liaison within the company on issues dealing with equipment or related matters.\nDirect the efforts of personnel engaged in installation of control systems, subsystems, equipment, or their routine modification/repair. \nDevelop and track project and commissioning plans and ensure deadlines are met \nProactively estimate and communicate project resource needs. \nTrack project commissioning plans ensure deadlines are met.\nClosely monitor project financials to ensure completion on budget and schedule. \nOptimize the utilization of global resources on engineering activities in support of project objectives \nIdentify and support opportunities for business efficiency and growth. \nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, A/E firms and customer to help identify key solutions to customer concerns\nWho You Are:\nYou anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You partner with others to get work done.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a similar technical educational curriculum, or significant relevant experience in lieu of education\n5+ years of related experience in an engineering environment\nPrevious experience working with control systems in addition to prior commissioning experience \nAbility to work in both an office and field setting, depending on project execution phase \nAbility to travel up to 10% in North America\nLegal authorization to work in the United States -sponsorship will not be provided for this position.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nBachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering\nExperience in Water or Wastewater industry \nOur compensation philosophy is simple: We pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process.
