This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while contributing to a culture of innovation, integrity, collaboration, and inclusion.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nCoordinate all project and order-related activities to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project execution.\nCollaborate with sales, service, customer service, finance, logistics, engineering, and operations teams.\nEnter or coordinate order placement and management activities within ERP and other business systems.\nParticipate in internal and customer project kick-off meetings and coordinate follow-up activities as needed.\nMaintain project documentation and coordinate the completion of required contractual and technical documentation, including as-built documentation when applicable.\nCoordinate material procurement activities and maintain communication with intercompany and third-party suppliers to support on-time project delivery.\nMonitor project progress, communicate updates to customers, and obtain necessary approvals in accordance with company policies and revenue recognition requirements.\nIdentify project risks, support issue resolution, and lead escalation activities when required.\nEnsure all project records and transactional documentation are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.\nSupport receivables collection and project closeout activities by proactively completing contractual requirements.\nDrive customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and coordinating effective solutions.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and project delivery performance.\nWho You Are:\nYou act with integrity and consistently build trust through ethical and transparent decision-making.
