You efficiently communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You build collaboration allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives!\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, Power Systems, or related discipline.\n\nStrong understanding of power system control functions, including power control and grid support functions.\n\nKnowledge of renewable energy plant operation, including PV, BESS, and hybrid power plant applications.\n\nHands-on experience with PPC, EMS, and Hybrid applications for utility-scale renewable energy projects.\n\nExperience in SCADA system design, HMI development, and system integration.\n\nFamiliarity with industrial communication protocols, including Modbus TCP/IP, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850, and OPC UA.\n\nAble to travel internationally regularly and provide on-site engineering services\n\nFluent in English.\n\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nExperience in grid dispatch control systems or microgrid energy management and control systems is preferred.\n\nExperience with power system applications for AI Data Centers (AIDC) is preferred.\n\nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
