You will play a key role in adaptation design, project execution, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives while contributing to successful project delivery in a collaborative and innovative environment.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nDesign and develop mechanical adaptations, including flanges, connectors, and related components for customer projects and quotations.\nReview technical specifications and documentation from customers and suppliers and provide technical clarification when needed.\nCreate and maintain engineering drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation within company systems.\nSupport customer orders throughout project execution, helping ensure technical requirements and delivery objectives are achieved.\nCollaborate with sourcing, operations, sales, project engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.\nDrive design optimization by balancing functionality, manufacturability, quality, lead time, and cost considerations.\nManage engineering changes, assess impacts, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nAct as a mechanical engineering resource for colleagues, supporting technical reviews, quotations, and knowledge sharing activities.\nSupport factory acceptance testing, installation, commissioning, and customer-related activities when required.\nContribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, integrity, collaboration, and inclusion.\nWho You Are\nYou focus on creating customer value by understanding needs and delivering solutions that meet expectations. You communicate clearly and effectively, adapt your approach when circumstances change, and consistently focus on delivering high-quality results.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nExperience in mechanical design, product engineering, project engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nAbility to create and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and bills of materials.\nKnowledge of CAD design tools such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, PTC Creo, or comparable software.\nUnderstanding of mechanical design principles, materials, tolerances, manufacturing methods, and change management processes.\nExperience working with ERP systems such as SAP or similar business platforms.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.\nProfessional proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.\nLegal authorization to work in Denmark.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nEducational background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Marine Engineering, Technical Design, or a related field.
