commissioning of the project at customer site.\n\nRisk Management\nFamiliar with the various approaches of risk assessment / identification & mitigation\nHas the discipline to continuously track, monitor & update the Risk Management documentation \nChange Management\nIdentify and resolve changes across the entire project and negotiation of change order with customers/suppliers.\n\nSystematic approach in management & tracking of project related changes\n\nProject Costing & Cost Management\nFinancially acute project manager to manage the overall cost of the project\n\nAccountable on forecasting & delivery of the project revenue\n\nClose coordination with various stakeholders (internal & external) on cost control of a project\n\nEnsure implementation of timely and accurate cost tracking mechanism on project costs.\n\nSupport Sales team with cost estimation for major systems project pursuit.\nResource Management\nResponsible to forecasting resource requirement on each project.\n\nResponsible in coordinating & management of resources for the various tasks on the project\nBuild an effective project team\n\nAbles to inspire a collaborative project environment amongst the diverse project team members\n\nFosters ownership within each team members through influence, positive reinforcement\n\nEnsures timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, storage, and ultimate disposition of project information.\n\nSuppliers\nHandle subcontractor schedules, quality-of-work and releasing of payment based on actual completion of subcontractor’s scope of work.\n\nInternal Stakeholders (Ops, Supply Chain, Factories, Sales team etc etc)\nServe as an adaptable focal point of contact for customer, supplier, and internal stakeholders for assigned projects.\n\nProvide sales support on both engineering and commercial issues for systems projects.\nLead multiple MSS Projects to meet and/or exceed customer’s specifications, project timeline, financial goals, Safety and quality standards.\n\nFabrication Yards\nTo manage & coordinate activities & sub tasks with the Fabricator / Integrator on the overall project\n\nTo ensure Safety & Quality compliance by Vendor & Sub Vendor on activities at the Fabrication Yard pertaining the Emerson project\n\nTesting, FAT, SAT\nTo plan / prepare & coordinate Internal & Customer acceptance testing.\n\nTo plan / prepare & coordinate with LifeCycle Services team on Site Acceptance Test\n\nEnsure timeliness in managing testing schedule & closure of Punch List and obtaining of shipment release prior to packing & delivery\n\nCertificates / documentation\nEnsure timely completion and close-out of project, based on contractual requirement, including resolution of any open items.\n\nFollowing through on completion / full approval of project documentation and compilation into final manufacturing databook.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou see the big picture, constantly anticipating You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nDegree or any equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Control or Computer Engineering.\n\nMinimum 10 years of proven experience in process control industry and project management, with at least 5 years in PM capacity, handling multiple system projects.\nProven leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.\nStrong leadership, interpersonal and planning skills.\nStrong commercial and financial competence\nProven skills in the use of project tools (such as MS Project) and techniques\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nPMP Certification will be a plus\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills and results oriented.\nFlow Measurement System for Hydrocarbons and/or Process Analaytical System experience are a plus\nKnowledge of FPSO systems and experience is a plus.
