This role provides meaningful exposure to customer-facing projects, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous technical development within a supportive, people-first environment.\nIf you are passionate about improving how people interact with technology and complex industrial systems, we’d love to hear from you!\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nSupport the design, configuration, and implementation of digital twin simulation systems that meet customer and project requirements.\nDevelop, test, and validate control logic models that accurately replicate real-world power plant operations in simulated environments.\nCollaborate closely with process simulation engineers, project managers, and cross-functional partners to solve problems and share learnings.\nParticipate in customer-facing activities such as simulation validation, performance testing, and acceptance testing.\nContribute to global and cross-disciplinary projects by supporting senior engineers and gaining exposure to multiple engineering domains.\nProactively learn simulation tools, automation platforms, and industry standards to support career growth and expanded technical capability.\nSupport the development and improvement of internal tools and processes that enhance the efficiency of digital twin projects.\nDemonstrate Emerson’s core values through teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to quality and safety in all work.\nWho You Are:\nYou enjoy building something from scratch, anticipating customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You consult with multiple and diverse sources when solving problems.\nFor This Role You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience\nMinimum 2 years of hands-on engineering experience, related to process automation, simulation, or controls \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new tools and concepts efficiently\nClear and effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment\nAbility to travel up to 20%. \nAuthorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
