You collaborate well with different stakeholders, communicate clearly, manage priorities, and take ownership of follow-up and execution. You are adaptable, resourceful, and focused on delivering results while supporting customer needs.\n\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nDiploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.\n\nKnowledge or experience in planning, purchasing, and inventory management.\n\nStrong computer skills and ability to work with relevant application software.\n\nGood communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at different levels and functions.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage pressure, and respond flexibly to company and customer needs.\n\nPositive, self-motivated attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nCommunication, negotiation, and risk management skills.\n\nAbility to travel occasionally within Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region.\n\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nFamiliarity with ISO 9001 requirements and quality awareness.\n\nKnowledge of Kanban or Just-in-Time (JIT) practices.\n\nExperience with Oracle software.\n\nExposure to Lean concepts such as Kanban, 5 Whys, and Level Loading.\n\nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
