This role is critical in driving continuous improvement in quality performance, safety culture, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence while supporting the strategic objectives of the business.\nThe successful candidate will collaborate across functions to implement best practices, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nQuality Management\nLead, develop, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Doha facility.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality performance and operational effectiveness.\nPlan and execute quality programs supporting regional and business objectives.\nHarmonize quality processes and activities across the Measurement Solutions organization.\nMaintain ISO 9001 documentation and certification requirements.\nCoordinate with statutory bodies such as FM and ATEX for audits, approvals, and compliance activities.\nEnsure corrective and preventive actions are assigned, implemented, and tracked to closure.\nOrganize and facilitate Quality Review Meetings.\nSupport incoming inspections, incoming quality control activities, and non-conformance management.\nManage customer inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and closure of findings.\nManage product holds and non-conformance reports.\nMaintain calibration systems and measurement equipment calibration processes.\nSupport internal and external audit planning, execution, and follow-up.\nMonitor risk management activities and support quality improvement projects.\nAnalyze quality data and recommend improvement actions.\nDevelop reports to communicate quality performance and compliance results.\nHealth, Safety & Environmental Management\nDrive compliance and continuous improvement in ESH performance.\nExecute safety programs aligned with MEA ESH strategic objectives.\nAlign local ESH processes with regional and global requirements.\nImplement best practices and lessons learned from global ESH communications.\nAct as focal point for safety-related internal and external audits.\nSupport root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for audit findings.\nRecommend equipment, process, and procedural improvements to reduce workplace risks.\nEnsure employees receive appropriate HSE training and awareness.\nMonitor, analyze, and communicate EHS performance metrics.\nSupport implementation of Emerson environmental principles and sustainability initiatives.\nConduct inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.\nLead incident investigations and ensure compliance with global safety requirements.\nMonitor and maintain action items within the Velocity EHS system.\nOrganize site safety walks and safety committee meetings.\nPrepare, review, and deliver Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).\nParticipate in global and regional HSE meetings and reporting processes.\nManage labor hour reporting and monthly EHS performance reporting.\nEnsure HSE documentation remains current and effectively communicated.\nIdentify PPE requirements and support ergonomic improvement initiatives.\nDeliver local and global HSE training programs.\nDrive employee participation in safety initiatives and Velocity EHS programs.\nWho You Are\nYou demonstrate strong leadership in driving quality and safety excellence.\nYou effectively collaborate across multiple functions and organizational levels.\nYou communicate confidently in both individual and group settings.\nYou establish accountability and monitor performance to achieve results.\nYou use analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive improvements.\nFor This Role, You Will Need\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related discipline).\nStrong knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.\nUnderstanding of Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance requirements.\nExperience with quality audits, corrective actions, and process improvement initiatives.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart\n2-3 years of experience in a QHSE role.\nInternal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001.\nExperience in manufacturing, project-based, or industrial environments.\nKnowledge of Velocity EHS or similar safety management systems.\nExperience conducting Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and incident investigations.\nDemonstrated success driving quality and safety improvement programs.\nOur Culture & Commitment to You!\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
