experts to improve requirements clarity, acceptance criteria, and testability early in the development process.\n\nUtilize AI-enabled tools responsibly to support test design, automation development, test data creation, analysis, documentation, and defect investigation while validating outputs for accuracy and quality.\n\nAnalyze testing trends and quality metrics to identify opportunities for product, automation, and process improvements.\n\nCollaborate with product management, development, user experience, architecture, operations, support, and domain experts to deliver customer-focused solutions.\n\nActively contribute to Agile, Scrum, and SAFe ceremonies, promoting quality-focused practices and continuous improvement.\n\nQualifications\n For This Role, You Will Need:\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.\n\nMinimum of 4 years’ experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing of web-based, enterprise, or complex software applications.\n\nKnowledge of software testing principles, exploratory testing, test design techniques, defect management, and risk-based testing approaches.\n\nExperience designing and executing tests across user interfaces, APIs, integrations, backend services, and data workflows.\n\nExperience developing or maintaining automated tests using modern frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.\n\nProficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.\n\nExperience using relational databases and SQL for test data management, validation, and troubleshooting.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration
