You view talent development as an organizational imperative.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor Degree\n\nBilingual 95%\n\n2 years of experience in quality assurance with application of statistical control.\n\nExperience in design of experiments and cause mode and effect analysis.\n\nAvailability and documentation to travel 90%\n\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nKnowledge of metrology and handling of measuring equipment.\nInterpretation of drawings and understanding of geometric tolerances and dimensions.\nKnowledge of quality regulations and standards such as ISO( International Organization for Standardization), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and control plans.\nKnowledge of continuous improvement techniques such as 6 sigma, lean manufacturing.\nProactive and with high sense of urgency.\nLeadership, communication and teamwork skills.\nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
