You gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nExperience supporting quality assurance or quality control activities within project-based environments in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Process Automation, or related sectors.\nKnowledge of fabrication, welding, inspection, testing, and quality management practices.\nUnderstanding of relevant engineering codes and standards, including ASME, AWS, and applicable Chinese GB standards.\nFamiliarity with non-destructive examination (NDE) requirements, welding procedures, fabrication processes, painting inspections, and qualification testing.\nAbility to interpret technical specifications, drawings, quality procedures, and inspection requirements.\nStrong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills when working with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.\nCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\nAbility and willingness to travel as required.\nAbility to communicate professionally in English and Chinese.\nPhysical ability to perform site and workshop inspections when required.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nCertified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.\nNACE Level II certification.\nNDE Level II certification in RT, UT, MT, or PT.\nExperience supporting skid-mounted systems, packaged solutions, control panels, shelters, or similar engineered systems.\nKnowledge of electrical installation requirements and explosion-proof applications. \nOur Culture and Commitment To You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
