You take ownership of your work, follow through on commitments, and contribute positively to a team-focused environment.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nHigh school diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations at a high school level.\nAbility to accurately use precision measuring instruments, including functional gages, calipers, micrometers, and depth gages.\nAbility to interpret measurements and compare results against specifications and engineering requirements.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.\nAbility to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members across functions.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment and follow all safety requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nAssociate degree in any field.\nExperience operating and programming a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).\nKnowledge of metallurgical properties, materials, or related coursework.\nUnderstanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, routings, and inspection documentation.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing, quality, or inspection environment.\nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
