This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to maintain the highest product quality standards.\nWe look forward to seeing your application!\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nPerform measurements, testing, and quality inspections of incoming components and approve materials for production use. \nInvestigate non-conformities, prepare NCR documentation, and support problem-solving activities related to component quality issues. \nConduct measurements and evaluations of new components and supplier samples, supporting new supplier qualification processes. \nDevelop and improve inspection methods, support measurement equipment selection, and contribute to laboratory optimization initiatives. \nCollaborate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Quality teams while providing training and technical support related to measurement and inspection activities.\nWho You Are:\nYou are detail-oriented and passionate about quality. You use analytical thinking to solve problems and make data-driven decisions. You communicate effectively across functions and are comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or another Technical field. \nMinimum 1 year of experience in Incoming Quality Control or a similar quality-related role. \nMinimum 1 year of experience working with manual measurement and inspection equipment. \nVery good knowledge of incoming inspection methods and tools, including control plans, measurement techniques, sampling methods, and non-conformance management. \nCommunicative level of English. \nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nExperience working with machined components and injection-molded plastic parts\nKnowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, PDCA, and FMEA. \nExperience supporting supplier qualification or supplier quality activities. \nFamiliarity with measurement laboratory operations and quality documentation processes. \nContinuous improvement mindset and strong analytical skills. \nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
