Program Overview

• Full-Time, Salaried Role
• 12-18 Month Training Program
• Location: Shakopee, MN (Business Unit Corporate HQ) or Boulder, CO
• Quarterly company trips to visit the 4 sales areas

You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

• Emerson products and industrial applications
• Sales techniques and customer engagement
• Inside Sales collaboration and field sales preparation

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

During Training:

• Learn product applications and complete training courses
• Support regional sales and develop customer relationships
• Participate in trade shows and professional societies
• Perform inside sales duties and assist with project planning
• Exposure to sales tools used regionally
• Build communication and presentation skills

After Training:

• Company provided vehicle

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Zero (0) years of related experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Degree in Industrial Distribution or Industrial Technology
• Strong time management, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with instrumentation (temperature, level, flow, pressure)

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$74,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
