Currently, we have an opening for a Scheduling Export Clerk. In this role, you'll be responsible for researching inventory across all warehouses to accelerate sales order processing. Additionally, you'll provide phone support to both the Customer Service and Manufacturing Departments, engaging with customer inquiries about products, shipments, and general account information. Your duties will also include preparing export documentation to facilitate the timely shipment of products to both domestic and international customers.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nFacilitate communications and information flow between customers, sales, production, shipping, and management.\nInteract with customers and resolve customer service problems; defuse sensitive issues with diplomacy and tact in a timely manner.\nProject image of quality service to customers.\nRespond to customer inquiries via telephone, fax, and email.\nPrepare and produce export documentation.\nConfirm delivery/collection of in/out bound shipments.\nMaintain records, data, and other information.\nAssist in reception/answering phones.\nMaintains quality service by following standards and departmental processes and procedures.\nSupport continuous improvement to build customer relationships and service both internally and externally.\nCommunicate and participate as part of a team.\nAll supplemental duties, responsibilities, or non-essential requirements as assigned.\nWho You Are:\nYou build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You step up to handle tough issues.
