Early identification of any issues and timely feedback are key responsibilities of this position. The role can further grow into collecting user requirements and feedback once the PRESTO tool is rolled out to users.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nWork with stakeholders to learn business requirements and turn business needs into clear functional and technical specifications\n\nAnalyze business and functional requirements to develop comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and validation strategies.\n\nLead end-to-end testing activities, including Functional, Integration, System, Regression, User Acceptance, and Production Validation testing.\n\nCreate and review test cases and test plans for the projects which are in development phase.\n\nMaintain and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owner\n\nParticipate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)\n\nTroubleshoot production issues reported by users and provide solutions\n\nPerform regular product related data and code moves into the application without any issues.\n\nEducate world area users and provide technical support for queries on everything related to the application.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou promote high visibility of shared contributions towards the set goals.
